1. Agencies and local governments may use the bills and joint resolutions submitted to them pursuant to NRS 218D.400 to 218D.495, inclusive, for official purposes only. 2. A person shall not copy or otherwise disseminate information concerning any bill or joint resolution which has been submitted to the person pursuant to NRS 218D.400 to 218D.495, inclusive, unless: (a) The bill or joint resolution has been prefiled pursuant to NRS 218D.580, introduced in the Legislature or otherwise lawfully released to the public; or (b) The person has obtained the consent of the requester. 3.
