1. Each bill and resolution designated for reprinting, engrossment, reengrossment and enrollment must be routed directly through the Office of the Legislative Counsel. 2. As directed by the Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the Assembly, the Legislative Counsel shall immediately insert all amendments made to a bill or resolution by the respective Houses preparatory to reprinting, engrossment, reengrossment and enrollment.
