The following persons are entitled to receive free of charge in any 1 calendar year any bill, resolution, daily history, daily journal or index, in the number of copies shown, upon verification of their wishes to receive the legislative measure or publication: (a) Justices and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, one copy; (b) Judges of the Court of Appeals, one copy; (c) County clerks and district attorneys, one copy; (d) A judge and clerk of a district court in a judicial district having one judge, one copy; and (e) The judges and the administrator or clerk of a district court in a judicial district having more than one judge, two copies. 2. Upon approval of the committee of the Senate or the Assembly which has jurisdiction of issues relating to legislative functions, additional copies must be provided to these persons without charge, except for the cost of handling and postage as determined by the Director.
