1. At the end of each regular or special session, the journals must be printed, indexed and bound in book form in the same style as those of the 1927 Session of the Legislature. The journal of each House must be bound separately. 2. The Secretary of the Senate and the Chief Clerk of the Assembly shall direct the compilation of the journal indexes for their respective Houses and shall deliver the completed journal indexes to the State Printer. 3. The bound volumes must be delivered to the Legislative Counsel Bureau and constitute the journals of the Senate and the Assembly. 4.
