1. The Secretary of State shall, within 3 days after receiving them, furnish to the State Printer a copy of all acts, resolutions and memorials passed at each regular or special session. 2. The Director shall: (a) Distribute one copy of each act as printed to each county clerk, district judge, district attorney and justice of the peace in the State. (b) Immediately upon the adjournment of the regular or special session, collect and have printed and bound advance sheets of all acts, resolutions and memorials passed at the regular or special session.
