Statute 218e 055

The recusant witness is entitled at the hearing: 1. To the assistance of counsel. 2. To present witnesses and offer evidence on the recusant witness’s behalf. 3. To argue orally, in person or by counsel, within such reasonable limits as may be imposed by the presiding officer of the House, and to submit written arguments.
