1. Between regular sessions, the Legislative Commission: (a) Shall fix the work priority of all studies and investigations assigned to it by a statute or concurrent resolution or directed by an order of the Legislative Commission or conducted by a Joint Interim Standing Committee or subcommittee thereof, within the limits of available time, money and staff.
