1. The Director may: (a) Upon the request of any person, government, governmental agency or political subdivision, conduct searches by computer of the text of the publications of the Legislative Counsel Bureau and any other information the Director deems appropriate which may be accessible by a computer operated by the Legislative Counsel Bureau. (b) Make any information described in paragraph (a) available for access by computer to any person, government, governmental agency or political subdivision. 2.
