Statute 218g 140

1. If the Legislative Auditor finds, in the course of an audit, evidence of improper practices of financial administration or inadequacy of fiscal records, the Legislative Auditor shall report these practices immediately to the Governor, each Legislator and the head of the agency affected. 2. If the Legislative Auditor finds evidence of illegal transactions, the Legislative Auditor shall forthwith report these transactions to the Governor, each Legislator and the Attorney General.
