Statute 218g 625

1. Every officer and employee of a school district or the State Public Charter School Authority shall aid and assist the Legislative Auditor at such times as the Legislative Auditor requires in the inspection, examination and audit of any books, accounts, records, reports or other documents in their possession. 2. Upon the request of the Legislative Auditor or the Legislative Auditor’s authorized representative, all officers and employees of a school district or the State Public Charter School Authority shall make available to the Legislative Auditor all their books, accounts, records, reports or other documents, confidential or otherwise, necessary, irrespective of their form or location in performing authorized audits or investigations. 3. Each school district or the State Public Charter School Authority shall cooperate fully with the Legislative Auditor or the Legislative Auditor’s authorized representative in the performance of his or her duties pursuant to NRS 218G.600 to 218G.625, inclusive.
