Statute 218h 033

1. 'Client' means a person who employs, retains, contracts for or otherwise uses or engages the services of a lobbyist to represent the interests of the person to one or more members of the Legislative Branch, whether or not any compensation is paid for the services. 2. The term includes, without limitation, a client that is a government, governmental agency or political subdivision of a government. (Added to NRS by 2019, 2986)
