If, during a regular or special session, a registrant ceases the activity that required registration, the registrant shall, within 30 days after ceasing that activity, file with the Director a notice of termination of session activity. 2. If a registrant files a notice of termination of session activity, the filing of that notice does not relieve the registrant of: (a) The reporting requirement for any reporting period during which the registrant engaged in any lobbying activities, including, without limitation, the reporting period during which the notice of termination of session activity is filed. (b) The continuing duty to file a supplementary registration statement with the Director pursuant to NRS 218H.220 and to comply with NRS 218H.930 and any other requirement set forth in this chapter until the commencement of the next regular session, unless the registrant ceases all lobbying activities and complies with the provisions of subsection 2 of NRS 218H.180.
