Statute 220 085

1. The Legislative Counsel and the Research Director shall work collaboratively to develop recommendations for the elimination of obsolete or antiquated provisions contained in the Nevada Revised Statutes. 2. The recommendations, if any, must be presented to the Legislative Commission on or before July 1 of each even-numbered year. 3. The Legislative Commission shall, as it deems appropriate, request the preparation of a bill draft to facilitate the recommendations. (Added to NRS by 2003, 813)
