1. There is hereby created within the Office of the Governor the Office of Federal Assistance for the purpose of obtaining and maximizing federal assistance. 2. The Governor shall propose a budget for the Office. 3. The Office shall maintain an office located in an urban area in northern Nevada and an office located in an urban area in southern Nevada.
