1. There is hereby created a Revolving Account for the Office of Attorney General in the sum of $5,000, which must be used for payment of expenses related to litigation which are unexpected and require prompt payment and for no other purposes. 2. The Attorney General shall deposit the money in the Revolving Account in a bank or credit union qualified to receive deposits of public money as provided by law and the deposit must be secured by a depository bond satisfactory to the State Board of Examiners. 3. The Attorney General or his or her designee may sign all checks drawn upon the Revolving Account. 4. Payments made for litigation expenses from the Revolving Account must be promptly reimbursed from the legislative appropriation or authorization, if any, to the account of the Attorney General relating to the matter for which the litigation expenses were incurred.
