Statute 228 275

The Unit may bring an action to enjoin or obtain any other equitable relief to prevent the abuse, neglect, exploitation, isolation or abandonment of an older person or vulnerable person. The court may award reasonable attorney’s fees and costs if the Unit prevails in such an action. (Added to NRS by 2007, 745; A 2015, 829; 2019, 3493)
