1. The Unit may apply for any available grants and accept gifts, grants, appropriations or donations to assist the Unit in carrying out its duties pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. 2. Any money received by the Unit must be deposited in the Account for the Unit for the Investigation and Prosecution of Crimes Against Older Persons or Vulnerable Persons created pursuant to NRS 228.285.
