Statute 228 520

1. 'Telephone solicitor' means a person who makes or causes another person or a machine to make an unsolicited telephone call for the sale of goods or services. 2. As used in this section: (a) 'Device for automatic dialing and announcing' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 597.812. (b) 'Machine' includes, without limitation, a device for automatic dialing and announcing. (Added to NRS by 2003, 2877)
