To the extent consistent with federal law: 1. The registry is not a public record. Any list published of the telephone numbers contained within the registry is not a public record. 2. The telephone numbers in the registry must not be published or released except pursuant to the provisions of NRS 228.500 to 228.640, inclusive. 3. The information in the registry other than the telephone numbers: (a) Must not be published or released; and (b) May only be used by the Attorney General to administer the provisions of NRS 228.500 to 228.640, inclusive.
