Statute 231 3721

'Project' means a project undertaken by a business, group of businesses, including, without limitation, one or more nonprofit organizations, or one or more local governments: 1. Located within the geographic boundaries of one or more project sites in the State; and 2. Engaged in a common purpose or business endeavor. (Added to NRS by 2023, 3124)
