Statute 231 8137

1. The Director may charge reasonable fees for materials prepared for distribution. 2. All such fees must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Department. The fees must first be expended exclusively for materials and labor incident to preparing and printing those materials for distribution. Any remaining fees may be expended, in addition to any other money appropriated, for the support of the Department.
