A state agency that designates a diversity and inclusion liaison pursuant to NRS 232.0085 shall: 1. Publish on its Internet website the name and contact information of the state agency’s diversity and inclusion liaison. 2. Provide the name and contact information of the state agency’s diversity and inclusion liaison to the Office of Minority Health and Equity, the Commission on Minority Affairs and the Office for New Americans.
