The Chair of the Grants Management Advisory Committee created by NRS 232.383 may appoint working groups composed of members of the Advisory Committee, former members of the Advisory Committee and members of the public who have relevant experience or knowledge: 1. To consider specific problems or other matters that are related to and within the scope of the functions of the Advisory Committee; and 2. To review requests for awards of money related to specific programs administered by the Department. (Added to NRS by 2005, 473)
