As used in NRS 232.550 to 232.700, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. 'Administrator' means the Administrator of the Division. 2. 'Director' means the Director of the Department of Business and Industry. 3. 'Division' means the Division of Industrial Relations of the Department of Business and Industry. 4. 'Insurer' includes: (a) A self-insured employer; (b) An association of self-insured public employers; (c) An association of self-insured private employers; and (d) A private carrier.
