1. The Office of Nevada Boards, Commissions and Councils Standards is hereby created within the Department of Business and Industry. 2. The Director shall appoint a Deputy Director of the Office and shall retain the required staff and adopt the necessary regulations and procedures to effectively administer the responsibilities of the Office.
