The Commission may apply for and receive gifts, grants, contributions or other money from governmental and private agencies, affiliated associations and other persons for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of NRS 232.850 to 232.866, inclusive, and for defraying expenses incurred by the Commission in the discharge of its duties.
