Statute 233 050

1. The Governor shall appoint a Chair of the Commission and the members shall elect a Secretary from the membership of the Commission. 2. The Commission may meet regularly at least twice a year on the call of the Chair at a place designated by the Chair or a majority of the Commission. 3.
