The Commission may: 1. Order its Administrator to: (a) With regard to public accommodation, investigate tensions, practices of discrimination and acts of prejudice against any person or group because of race, color, creed, sex, age, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry or gender identity or expression and may conduct hearings with regard thereto.
