As used in this chapter: 1. 'Commission' means the Nevada Indian Commission. 2. 'Commissioner' means a commissioner of the Nevada Indian Commission. 3. 'Department' means the Department of Native American Affairs. 4. 'Executive Director' means the Executive Director of the Department. 5.
