1. The Department of Native American Affairs is hereby created. 2. The Department consists of: (a) The Executive Director; (b) The Nevada Indian Commission created pursuant to NRS 233A.1005; and (c) The Stewart Indian School Cultural Center and Museum established pursuant to NRS 233A.1041.
