1. Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, meetings of the Board may be held twice in each calendar year. If provided for in the budget of the Division, meetings of the Board may be held more frequently than twice in each calendar year at the discretion of the Chair of the Board. 2. A majority of the members of the Board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. 3. Each member of the Board has one vote to further the objectives of the Board.
