1. The Board shall elect from its membership a Chair, a Vice Chair and a Treasurer to serve as officers of the Board. 2. The Administrator shall act as the nonvoting recording Secretary of the Board. 3. The term of each officer of the Board, other than the Administrator, is 2 years and any vacancies that occur in those offices must be filled by election by the members of the Board for the remainder of the unexpired term. 4.
