1. 'Business' means any trade or occupation conducted for profit, regardless of whether the trade or occupation is a small business. 2. As used in this section, 'small business' has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 233B.0382. (Added to NRS by 1999, 2072; A 2023, 647)
