The Nevada Resilience Advisory Committee may apply for and receive gifts, grants, contributions or other money from governmental and private agencies, affiliated associations and other persons to carry out the provisions of NRS 239C.400 to 239C.480, inclusive, and to defray expenses incurred by the Committee in the discharge of its duties.
