Statute 242 231

Upon the receipt of a statement submitted pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 242.191, each state agency or officer shall authorize the State Controller by transfer or warrant to draw money from the agency’s account in the amount of the statement for transfer to or placement in the Fund for Information Services.
