1. Until the construction costs of $535,600 for the computer facility in Carson City, Nevada, have been paid, the Chief shall pay annually from the Fund for Information Services to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State General Fund 2 percent of the facility’s original acquisition cost. 2. For any subsequent capital additions to the computer facility, the Chief shall pay annually from that Fund to the State Treasurer for deposit in the State General Fund 2 percent of the original cost of such capital additions, until this cost has been fully paid.
