Without delay, the Surveyor General shall proceed to establish the indefinite and uncertain boundaries between Lander and Eureka Counties, and between Lander and Nye Counties, subject to the joint cooperation of Lander, Eureka and Nye Counties, in the manner following: After March 26, 1929, the Surveyor General shall forthwith notify the district attorney of each of the Counties of Lander, Nye and Eureka of the enactment of this section, whereupon the district attorneys shall lay the subject matter of this section before the boards of county commissioners of their respective Counties for their consideration. If the boards of county commissioners of all of the Counties shall, within 60 days after submission to them of the subject matter hereof, notify the Surveyor General of their assent to a survey to establish the boundaries, and an agreement to share the expense thereof equally, then the Surveyor General shall proceed to determine and establish the county boundaries. 2.
