The territory over which Lyon County has exercised jurisdiction for the period of 5 years prior to March 6, 1899, in the assessment and collection of taxes, in the selection of grand and petit jurors, in the establishment of voting precincts and the holding of elections therein, is hereby declared to be within the boundaries of that county.
