As used in NRS 244.3071 to 244.30792, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise: 1. 'Board' means the board of county commissioners and includes the Board of Supervisors of Carson City. 2. 'Commission' means the county park and recreation commission. 3. 'Commissioner' means a member of the commission. 4. 'Facilities' means any recreational, cultural or park property authorized by NRS 244.3071 to 244.30792, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1965, 535; A 1969, 321; 1991, 397)
