As used in NRS 244.308 to 244.3091, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise: 1. 'Board' means the board of county commissioners and includes the Board of Supervisors of Carson City. 2. 'Commission' means the county park commission. 3. 'Commissioner' means a member of the commission. 4. 'Facilities' means any recreational, cultural or park property authorized by NRS 244.308 to 244.3091, inclusive. (Added to NRS by 1963, 410; A 1969, 322, 927; 1991, 398)
