The proceeds of the license tax must be used by the county fair and recreation board for the purposes set forth in NRS 244A.597 to 244A.655, inclusive, including the payment of any bonds or other obligations issued pursuant to those provisions, and may be irrevocably pledged by the county fair and recreation board to the payment of bonds or other obligations issued pursuant to those provisions.
