1. An application for the issuance of a license, permit or certificate to practice a profession or occupation pursuant to NRS 244.334 or 244.335 must include the social security number of the applicant. 2. As used in this section, 'license, permit or certificate to practice a profession or occupation' does not include a general business license issued by a board of county commissioners.
