1. 'Hereby,' 'herein,' 'hereinabove,' 'hereinafter,' 'hereof,' 'hereunder,' 'herewith,' or any term of similar import, refers to NRS 244A.455 to 244A.573, inclusive, and not solely to the particular portion thereof in which such word is used. 2.
