Statute 244a 696

1. Each county is vested with all the powers necessary to accomplish the purposes set forth in NRS 244A.695, but these powers must be exercised for the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of this state. 2. NRS 244A.669 to 244A.763, inclusive, must be liberally construed in conformity with the purposes set forth in NRS 244A.695. (Added to NRS by 1985, 2179)
