Statute 244a 7647

A telecommunications provider or supplier which collects the surcharge imposed pursuant to NRS 244A.7643 is entitled to retain an amount of the surcharge collected which is equal to the cost to collect the surcharge. (Added to NRS by 1995, 1057; A 1999, 1686; 2001, 621; 2007, 562)
