Statute 247 115

1. A county recorder may elect to accept electronic documents for recording in accordance with the provisions of NRS 111.366 to 111.3697, inclusive. 2. If a county recorder elects to accept electronic documents for recording and there is a conflict between the provisions of NRS 111.366 to 111.3697, inclusive, and the provisions of this chapter, the provisions of NRS 111.366 to 111.3697, inclusive, control.
