1. In lieu of any of the separate books provided for in NRS 247.120, the county recorder may record a document designated in NRS 247.120 in one general series to be called 'Official Records.' 2. The recording of a document in such 'Official Records' will impart notice in like manner and effect as if the document were recorded in any of the separate books provided for in this chapter.
