1. A person shall not: (a) Make a false representation to obtain any information pursuant to NRS 247.500 to 247.570, inclusive; or (b) Knowingly obtain or disclose information pursuant to NRS 247.500 to 247.570, inclusive, for any use not authorized pursuant to NRS 247.500 to 247.570, inclusive. 2.
