If a person or entity listed in NRS 250.140 or person who obtains a court order pursuant to NRS 250.145 requests confidentiality, the confidential information of that person or entity may only be disclosed as provided in NRS 239.0115, 250.087, 250.160 or 250.180 or as otherwise specifically authorized by law.
