No person shall be a candidate for or be eligible to the office of district attorney unless the person is: 1. A bona fide resident of the State of Nevada. 2. An attorney duly licensed and admitted to practice law in all the courts of this state. [Part 1:217:1909; A 1931, 9; 1931 NCL § 618]
